能登半島の民家を訪れた際に譲り受けた、蔵にあった片口の漆器椀。能登という里山文化に受けたインスピレーションから、民芸を想起した表現。

This is a big bowl of Japanese lacquer ware that was in a storehouse and was given to me when I visited a house in the Noto Peninsula, Japan. Inspired by the experience of directly experiencing the satoyama culture of Noto, I tried to create a Japanese expression such as Mingei.
