2011年、石川県で開催したCOOK IT RAWで、NARISAWAの成澤由浩氏と浅倉紙業とのコラボレーションで制作した和紙の器。料理を直接盛りつける事ができるその器で、ゴボウのロウソクが入った料理を包みこみ、提灯のような光の演出でテーブルに美しさを添えた。成澤氏によって”Prayer”というタイトルが添えられました。

Exclusively for the Cook It Raw exhibition held in Ishikawa Prefecture in 2011, the plate, which was made of Japanese paper, was produced in collaboration with Mr. Yoshihiro Narisawa, the owner chef of NARISAWA in Tokyo, and Asakurashigyo who specialized in Japanese paper. A candle in a small burdock root was placed on the center of the container, where food was directly served on and wrapped by the plate of Japanese paper. Like the light of a Japanese lantern, it added distinguishing beauty to the dining table during the special exhibition. Mr. Narisawa titled the plate “Prayer”.
